Returns And Exchanges General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on some items. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
- Special orders, custom orders and non-stock orders require: 50% deposit. Some items may not be returnable or may require a re-stocking fee.
- No return on: Electrical parts, helmets, heated clothing, body jewellery, undergarments, clearance items, custom ordered merchandise, painted parts, tank decals/emblems.
- Returns/exchanges: No refund/exchange on items returned after 30 days. Original receipt, tags and packaging required.
- In stock layaway: orders require 25% deposit and must be picked up within 30 days. If not picked up and paid in full within 30 days, the customer deposit is forfeited. GM re-stocking fee is 30% for ordered items that are: Not core items, not common size items, not current items
