Harley-Davidson introduces a new online series spotlighting its involvement in the Africa Eco Race


Harley-Davidson has debuted a web series chronicling the journey of elite Dakar driver Joan Pedrero as he tackles the Africa Eco Race astride the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250, the pioneering Adventure Touring model from the brand.

The series unfolds across five episodes, documenting Pedrero's odyssey from Monaco to Lak Rose, Dakar, showcasing the Pan America 1250's extraordinary capabilities in the process.

Delving into the behind-the-scenes of the adventure, the series offers insights into Pedrero's preparation for the race and the Pan America 1250's performance in the desert, surpassing expectations and demonstrating its true potential.

The episodes are as follows:

  1. "Traces in the Sand": Reflecting on his Dakar experiences, Pedrero gears up for the challenging Africa Eco Race, spanning over 6,000 kilometers of unforgiving terrain.

Notably, Pedrero clinched the top spot in the maxitrail category and secured 25th place overall in the 15th edition of the Africa Eco Race. Kolja Rebstock, regional vice president of Harley-Davidson for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, praising Pedrero's remarkable performance and affirming the brand's commitment to adventure and performance.
