Harley-Davidson Unveils Contingency Initiatives for the 2024 Racing Season.

Harley-Davidson is elevating its support for racing competitors in the upcoming 2024 season through cash contingency programs exceeding $570,000. These initiatives are open to eligible H-D racers participating in specified classes within the American Flat Track series and the MotoAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road Racing Championship.

The Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing Team is set to engage in the MotoAmerica Mission Foods King of the Baggers road racing series for 2024. Riders Kyle Wyman and James Rispoli will pilot race-modified Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® motorcycles, equipped with customized Screamin’ Eagle® Milwaukee-Eight 131 Performance Crate Engines. Additionally, independent teams racing Harley-Davidson motorcycles in the series can benefit from racing contingency and have the option to purchase racing parts.

Mission Foods King of the Baggers Contingency

The Mission Foods King of The Baggers series promises thrilling competition among American V-Twin touring motorcycles configured for racing, featuring stock frames and fairing/windscreen and saddlebags. The 2024 series spans 16 races over eight doubleheader weekends, held alongside the MotoAmerica Superbike series. Commencing at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, from March 7-9, Harley-Davidson offers a substantial $263,000 cash contingency program for qualified racers. Payouts range from first to 10th place, including a $35,000 championship bonus. Mission Foods Super Hooligan Contingency

In a new initiative for 2024, Harley-Davidson introduces contingency opportunities for participants in the Mission Foods Super Hooligan National Championship Brought To You By Roland Sands Design. This road racing series, featuring 750cc-and-up high-bar race-prepared street bikes, aligns with the MotoAmerica Superbike series. The Super Hooligan Championship spans 10 races over five double-header weekends, kicking off with two races at Daytona International Speedway from March 7-9. Harley-Davidson extends a $123,000 cash contingency program for eligible racers, with payouts from first to 10th place and a $20,000 championship bonus. Progressive American Flat Track Contingency

Harley-Davidson is also extending contingency opportunities for racers participating in the premier SuperTwins class on the 16-event 2024 Progressive American Flat Track series, renowned as the most prestigious and competitive form of dirt track motorcycle racing globally. A total of $185,000 in contingency funds is committed for eligible SuperTwins class riders. Contingency payouts cover first to 10th place, with an additional $20,000 championship bonus. The season opens with the Daytona Short Track double-header at Daytona International Speedway on March 7-8.
