When traveling I look for Harley dealerships to buy my brother a shirt as he gets a Harley shirts from different locations. I stopped by your dealership on Monday on our ay back home thru Canada but your dealership was closed for a Thanksgiving. I went to your website to see if I could order a shirt there but that option wasnt available so I sent a chat. Kim Harrot contacted my and totally went above and beyond. For whatever reason she couldnt email me and I couldnt email her either so I asked her to describe the shirts in 2XL. She sent me pics of the two I was interested in my texting them to me and I placed my order from the picture that were sent. Truly above my expectations. She was very patient and went out of her way to h rap me. A great customer experience for sure!

I've owned more than a dozen bikes over the years and have never experienced the quality of professionalism The Rock has displayed! All of the staff I had contact with are very personal, friendly and willing to answer any questions.

I purchased Craig's demo...2016 road glide ultra and my wife and I love it. The service and attention given by he and his staff was over the top. He called one night after we returned home from the bikers reunion where we met for the first time and asked if I was still interested in his bike and what could he do to make my decision easier. It didn't take much he was like talking to an old friend. The sale was made on the phone. To add to the great experience he asked if I would ride up the next weekend and exchange my trade and the new one would be ready to go. I explained I was leaving for Nebraska on my bike in 2 days and didn't have time to do the switch so out of the blue he said no problem, he would make the 4 hour trip and deliver the bike to me so I could take it on my trip. I have told all my biker friends about my experience and a great experience it was. Renfrew County "Hog" owners group is loosing their dealer principal July 2017 and would be great to become part of the "ROCK" . Thank you for all the follow up calls including asking about my trip. You and your team are exceptional and I can't wait to make the trip next summer to meet everyone.

Me and my wife were pretty impress when Mark and Serge showed up on Friday morning at 0845hrs with our new bikes. You guys went above and beyond for us by getting up at O dark 30. Our bikes look fantastic. Mark went over every detail on the bikes. Stephanie got us our jacket delivered home and she was bang on for size. You guys live up the your name, cause you all ROCK.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to one of your sales staff Donna. She busted her butt to get me on a Harley. She understood that the Harley brand was a huge part of my life and for the last 27 years I had dreamed daily of owning one. well she sure delivered and in March of 2015 sent me home with ownerships to a beautiful 2006 Dyna wide Glide. I had a blast all summer of 2015 ripping up the streets on my bike. Now I'm looking to uprgrade a bit so I went straight back to see Donna so she can work her magic once again. I haven't signed an ownership to my second Harley yet but I have full confidence that she'll make it happen. With that said I'd like to thank her and the yest of the staff for making my dream come true and continueing to take care of me after the sale was complete. They didn't just say to them selves "we got his money, we don't have to care anymore" like alot of othetr dealerships.

While on a trip through Canada we found ourselves needing a new rear tire. We were fortunate enough to be near The ROCK. We pulled in just prior to noon and the service department had us back on the road before 4:00 that afternoon. The staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful (even loaning us a shop truck & giving us directions to a very good place to eat). If I did not live several hundred miles away The ROCK would be my dealer of choice. Thanks for the GREAT service !!

was on holidays with group of friends when my bike started running very rough called the crew at the rock the evening before from north bay and gave a time of arrival upon arriving the service crew were aware of our coming and were very prompt at getting my bike in. within an hour or so they had diagnosed i had an injector wire wore through and was grounding out out on frame . we were offered a vehicle to go get a bite to eat .upon returning bike was fixed offered a bike wash and within a couple of hours a follow up call to make sure all was well. a special thanks to allan in service and all of your staff. ive been sure to tell all my friends about your service and whenever im back in area the rock is now a definite stop.thanks again
