Harley-Davidson's Homecoming in Milwaukee is just 100 days away, and the city is gearing up.

On Tuesday, April 16, Harley-Davidson marked the countdown to the 2024 Homecoming Festival, a four-day extravaganza celebrating everything H-D, set to kick off on July 25.

A detailed schedule of both free and ticketed family-friendly events and musical performances spanning from July 25 to 28 across various venues in Milwaukee is now available. Advance tickets for Veterans Park events are already on sale at HDHomecoming.com.

The excitement starts at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, with the opening ceremonies at Davidson Park, a new outdoor community space at Harley-Davidson Headquarters on Juneau Avenue.

One of the festival highlights will be a tribute to Willie G. Davidson, honoring his remarkable contributions to Harley-Davidson and motorcycling. As the grandson of H-D founder William A. Davidson, Willie G. dedicated 49 years to the company before retiring as Chief Styling Officer in 2012.

Throughout the festival, venues will pay homage to Willie G. Davidson through imagery and activations. The Harley-Davidson Museum will host a WGD Ride In Custom Bike Show, with the Best-In-Show recipient receiving the prestigious engraved Willie G. Award.

Guided tours at the Juneau Avenue Harley-Davidson Headquarters will showcase spots connected to Willie G. Davidson, along with a vintage motorcycle show to celebrate his passion for classic bikes.

At the festival's venues, visitors can enjoy a guided Juneau Avenue Historical Tour, family-friendly activities, live music, and a vintage motorcycle showcase at Davidson Park. Additionally, the Harley-Davidson Museum will offer free concerts, tours, shopping, food, interactive exhibits, and more throughout the festival.

For those eager to experience Harley-Davidson's power firsthand, there's the opportunity to take a demo ride on a 2024 model, witness a police skills demonstration, and embark on a self-guided tour of the Powertrain Operations facility in Menomonee Falls, just a short ride from downtown Milwaukee. Reservations for tours can be made at HDHomecoming.com.

During the festival, six Milwaukee-area Harley-Davidson dealerships will host events and entertainment, including House of Harley-Davidson, Milwaukee Harley-Davidson, Suburban Motors Harley-Davidson, Uke’s Harley-Davidson, West Bend Harley-Davidson, and Wisconsin Harley-Davidson. Detailed information on each dealership's offerings can be found on their respective websites.
