Our Master H-D Technician will:
Evolve - Based on our values and commitment to customers, you will play an active role in continuously evolving yourself as a technician and helping those around you to do so as well. Maintain a high standard of workmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to company process, and industry standards/best practices.
Connect - Through your willingness to help apprentices, your detailed insights provided to customers, and frequent communication with the front service desk you will inspire those you work with and secure the customers' preference that The Rock H-D is their go-to shop.
Manage and Inspire - You will manage multiple projects, work closely with others, and play an active role in motivating a team of apprentices to stay ahead of the curve on custom motorcycle trends and deliver formidable builds that are the envy of the riding community.

Maybe you're a technician in another field or have been wrenching on your buddies bikes on weekends. Either way, we are always looking for talented people with strong mechanical aptitudes! The biggest requirement is the strong desire to listen and learn. Those who show the most promise move on to become full H-D Techs which we are happy to train and grow.

YOU MUST LOVE WORKING PEOPLE! That is the biggest requirement. We will train you for this role. You are front and center dealing with customer questions and concerns. You are booking appointments and communicating customer needs to our team of technicians.
Our Service Advisor will:
Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
Professionally handle all customer and supplier interactions.
Creating and maintaining relationships with customers.
Accurately documenting all processes and vehicle conditions.
Ensuring customers are aware of all services needed for the vehicle.
Our Service Advisor has:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to thrive in stressful and time-sensitive situations.
